Designed to install quickly and easily, the Boulevard features an easy-turn knob that immediately adjusts the headrest and harness height so you don’t have to continually uninstall and reinstall the seat. You can also take advantage of the belt holders to keep the harness to the side while you’re placing the baby in the seat. Customer Review: Love it
We have a very pickey 19 month old, and she loves this seat. I was expecting she would not like being confined by the side-impact cushions, but I was wrong! They prove slightly more restrictive than her previous Marathon seat, but she doesn’t fuss about it like I was anticipating.
Note that the entire head rest moves up and down along with the top of the straps by turning a knob on the side of the seat. I was thinking that I could remove the head cushions if they were too restrictive, but that turns out not to be possible as those cushions are a part of the inner “carriage” of the seat. The seat/cover is void where that inner carriage is to allow the top part of the straps to move up and down without re-threading through the seat. A nice feature, just something to be aware of.
Overall, we’re very happy, our otherwise picky toddler is comfortable, and I feel safe having the extra side impact protection.
